Official paperwork, handled properly
PORTA handles the documents that stand between you and your plans: certified translation, attestation and legalisation, travel and health insurance, international driving permits, and courier. Submit online, upload from your phone, and follow your file until it is in your hands.
Six service lines, one gateway
Each service lists its required documents, fee and realistic turnaround before you commit — so nothing surprises you after you have paid.
Insurance
Travel and international health cover issued on policies that embassies and airlines actually accept — not a certificate that gets rejected at the counter.
- Travel insurance for visa files
- International health cover
- Accident cover
- Family policies
Certified translation
Official translation carrying stamps recognised by Iraqi ministries, embassies and foreign institutions. We tell you in advance which authority requires which form of certification.

Attestation & legalisation
Getting a document accepted abroad usually means a chain: ministry, then foreign ministry, then the destination embassy. We run that chain for you and tell you honestly how long each link takes.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Embassy legalisation
- Certificate authentication
- Apostille where applicable
International driving permit
An IDP recognised in over 150 countries, issued against your valid Iraqi licence. Useful for car rental and for police checks abroad.
- One-year permit
- Three-year permit
- Renewal
- Replacement
Courier & logistics
Moving documents between Iraq and abroad, with tracking. Useful when an institution needs an original that cannot be emailed.

Document preparation
Obtaining and assembling the official papers your case needs — particularly when you are abroad and cannot attend in person.
- Civil records and certificates
- Official statements
- File assembly
- Requirements consultation

What actually makes a difference
Official paperwork is not a product you buy. It is a file that either satisfies an authority or does not.
🏛️ A licensed company behind it
PORTA is operated by Altuntur Fly, a registered travel and tourism company with a physical office in Kirkuk you can walk into.
📄 Requirements defined in advance
Every service has its document list configured in the system. No surprise request for a missing paper a week later.
🔍 An honest read before you pay
If your case needs a different route, a different authority, or simply more time than you have, we say so before you commit.
🔒 Your documents stay yours
Encrypted upload, storage outside direct web access, and automatic deletion 90 days after your file closes.
👤 A named person on your file
A specific staff member handles your case and is reachable on WhatsApp — no ticket queue, no re-explaining.
🔗 One account across our services
The same login works on Altuntur Fly and on VIZORA for visas. No second registration.
What clients ask
Including the answers we cannot make comfortable.
How long does a document take?
It depends entirely on the service and the authority involved. Translation is measured in days; attestation chains that pass through a ministry and then an embassy are measured in weeks and depend on that embassy's own schedule. Each service shows its estimate before you begin, and we do not quote times we cannot influence.
Is your translation officially recognised?
Yes — our translations carry stamps accepted by Iraqi government bodies and by embassies. If a specific institution requires a named or sworn translator of its own, tell us before we start and we will say plainly whether we can meet that requirement.
Can you handle apostille?
Apostille applies only between countries party to the Hague Convention. Where it applies we handle it; where it does not, the correct route is consular legalisation through the destination embassy, which we also handle. We will tell you which one your case actually needs rather than promising the one you asked for.
Do I need to come to Kirkuk?
Most services are completed entirely online. Services that require an original physical document are clearly marked before you apply — and even then, our courier service can move the original for you.
How do I pay?
By transfer to the company accounts. You then upload a photograph of the receipt through the platform, which is confirmed by the responsible staff member and then by management — a double confirmation that protects both sides.
What happens to my documents afterwards?
Identity documents are permanently deleted 90 days after your file closes. Payment receipts are kept three years as accounting records. Files still in progress are never deleted, however long they take.
Can I deal with you in English?
Yes — our staff correspond in English. The application form itself is currently in Arabic; if you need help completing it, message us on WhatsApp and someone will walk you through it.

It takes minutes, and you pay nothing before seeing the full fee and requirements.
